Privacy policy

Replace this template with your own policy before going public.

What we store

• Server settings you configure (channels, roles, modules, word lists).
• Moderation cases: user ID, moderator ID, action, reason and time.
• Ticket and automod transcripts: the messages in a ticket, or the messages around an automod violation. Automod transcripts are deleted after 30 days.
• Applications, appeals and reports that members submit.
• Dashboard logins: your Discord user ID, name, avatar and a Discord access token (scopes identify and guilds), kept for up to 7 days.
• Roblox verification: the Roblox user ID, username and display name you link to your Discord account (Roblox scopes openid and profile). Roblox access tokens are used once and never stored. You can unlink at any time on the Account page, which deletes the link.
• ER:LC activity: for servers that connect an ER:LC private server, the Roblox usernames and IDs of players in that server and when they played, used for session stats.
• Notes and reminders: staff notes about members, and reminders you set.

AI features

Where a server turns them on, staff application answers and ticket conversations are sent to our AI provider (Groq) to produce reviews, summaries and assistant replies. They aren't used to train models by us.

What we don't do

We don't sell data, and we don't share one server's data with another. The only exception is the opt-in server network, where a main server's bans are applied to the department servers that chose to join it.

Deletion

Server owners can ask us to delete their server's data through the support server.
